A dinner with… lamps
In St. Petersburg (Russia), at the Salon Podium, was held “The Fabbian Gluttony,” a very special dinner. The export area manager Alessandro Bottacin, aided by collaborators of St. Petersburg, has been delighting local architects and interior designers with an original blend of Italian cuisine … and the design of Fabbian lighting. Two products of the company, Cubetto and Tile, have the opportunity to become containers for the most popular food in Italy, with a special focus on the Venetian cuisine.
It all started with the Venetian aperitif par excellence, Spritz, poured in to Fabbian transparent cube. Then the architects have tasted a salad of octopus and potatoes served on luxury plates: glass Tile, usually used to create walls of glass and light, have become the setting of this exquisite dish.
To conclude the evening, the excellent tiramisu, a flow of custard with finger biscuits and coffee inside the white Cubetto Fabbian.
A real treat for the eyes and the palate, accompanied by fine Italian wine. A different way to present the products Fabbian through an emotional and multi-sensory Italian journey…. staying in Russia.
