The huge New York City-based corporate headquarters of a 800,000sqf Confidential Financial Client with seventeen-floor interior fit-out with open and private offices, trading floors, a conference center, a dining floor, and an executive office floor saw the collaboration of the New York-based lighting design firm Kugler Ning with Gensler to merge architecture and light in a unique entity. The three distinct but overlapping phases included multiple floors accommodating 1,700 trading desks, non-trading floors, distribution and intermediate distribution frame rooms, amenities, and special and support areas.

Kugler Ning selected the unique look of our D27 Faretti Series to illuminate multiple spaces: 150 precious crystal downlights were installed to convey the idea of brightness and clean design while adding a unique and homogeneous allure to the entire space.

With either an integral LED, GU10, or MR16 light source, the crystal diffuser sparkles and shines with either the see-through or satin finish, or can be partially shaded with the front plate in stainless steel.

Both open and closed downlight options exist with closed variations rated for damp locations.
