When software giant Pegasystems was working on the Edge Center for Innovation in the Boston area, they enlisted the help of their long-time design partners, Visnick & Caulfield Associates. Having worked with VCA in the past, Pega was confident in their ability to deliver on the vision.

The Edge Center space at Pega is a gathering space for customers that supports an immersive experience to educate and engage clients around Pega’s products and offerings.

This high-profile space would be the location for many of the company’s important client, partner and outside stakeholder meetings, and it was vital that any lighting meet aesthetic, functional, and electrical requirements of today’s engagements. It needed to support both in-person and remote attendees. Any LEDs used were to be flicker-free, and the drivers were to operate at a minimum of 1200Hz for camera use.

Working with our local representatives, Reflex Lighting, to find a solution, they were able to offer the Acustica pendants. The Ocean color fit Pega’s brand identity, and its flicker-free LEDs were perfect for the installation’s needs.

VCA used the Acustica pendants over the central seating area and along the passageways. The ocean blue color perfectly matched the overall scheme, and the pendants provided acoustic benefits for the seating area.
