InterContinental London – The O2
The Intercontinental London The O2 Hotel, of London is a showcase of understated modern elegance and luxury. Fabbian contributed to the overall design with two of our customizable collections, Laminis and Multispot, which are used in three locations.
The lobby design required a two-story feature wall to greet guests as they arrived at the hotel. This was the perfect setting for our configurable and customizable Laminis collection. Working with the designers, a custom concentric glass pattern was developed to complement the O2 branding. Then, a two-story illuminated feature wall was crafted to be the backdrop of the lobby reception area. The glass allows light to pass through while dazzling the guests with its beauty.
Multispot Tooby was used in the nearby grand staircase. The pendants were set up in a rainfall pattern to evoke the magic of floating candles. The configurable Multispot Tooby was further customized with a finish to match the amber glass finish of the nearby Laminis tiles, ensuring a cohesive and elegant design.
In the third location, designers used clusters of the Multispot Beluga pendants to accent and provide refined elegance to the rooftop bar. The pendants were arranged over coffee tables and bar and window areas.
Fabbian offers configurable collections that enable designers to create just the right aesthetic and function while staying within budget and timelines.
